Montréal - Friday, September 20, 2024

When students returned to Michelangelo International Elementary School in Rivière des Prairies after their summer vacation, they were stunned to see the façade of their school had been transformed.

Over the course of the summer, renowned local artist  Whatisadam (Adam Vieira) painted a multi-part mural that encompasses one entire side of the building, highlighting the spirit and values which makes Michelangelo International Elementary School unique. He is also a graduate of Michelangelo.

With Adam on hand, the mural was  officially unveiled on Thursday, September 19. Joining him were students, who showcased the values and characteristics permanently portrayed on the side of their building. You can see the mural  at www.whatisadam.com
