“Every Day Is the Best Day” Video Celebrates Mackay Student’s Posivite Outlook on Life

Shyheim Eloï Ramdhaney chooses to smile under all circumstances and lives by his motto: “Every day is a good day.” He will be graduating from Mackay Centre School this year after being enrolled for 17 years. To celebrate his graduation, his teachers Dana Strohl and Gaye McConnell have made a video that shares this 21-year-old’s contagious positive outlook.

In the video, Shyheim shares his philosophy of life and why he never gives up, he just “keeps going and going and going.” It emphasizes the profound influence that he has had at the Mackay Centre School, with touching, real statements from staff and students, such as: “Shyheim is full of kindness and love, and he spreads it every day. We’re all changed because of him.”
